How Helmet Pigtails came into existence

While shopping around for Pigtails myself and ordering from Ebay and other sites and Motorcycle Accessory shops, I kept getting very generic and not to my satisfaction Pigtails that I wouldn't put on my own helmet. One day I had spent enough money to become frustrated with all the low quality products and decided to make my own pair from scratch.

After making my first pair, many of our friends took notice to all the attention I was getting and how cool they looked that they started asking me to make them some for their helmets. After making several pairs for close friends, their friends started wanting some and then the light bulb lit up and we sat down and created www.helmetpigtails.com and www.helmetponytails.com so our friends could direct their friends to a place they could order online without having to go through a third party.  We also looked at what we were paying for pigtails elsewhere from a low of $25.00 to sometimes $50.00 and came up with a medium price of $20.00 for the helmet pigtails in 12 inch.

We started getting many request for multi colors with Black and Red being the most popular followed by Black and Purple, we decided not to raise the price on multi colored pigtails and offering everything from Natural hair colors to florescent colors to multi colors we then got a request for a 24 inch version with braids. We created the extra long length and thought why not add that to the site for others.
