Please note the following:
All of our pigtails are custom made per customers requirements, please be aware of the colors you are choosing because can not refund or exchange pigtails due to them being custom made and all order vary in request.
While we do our best to keep all hair color the same, sometimes we may have to use a close match due to supply in demand. Typically we get all the colors listed and when there is not the same color we normally order, the hair color is pretty close to the colors we normally purchase.
When you order, please allow us 3 to 5 days to make your order, all orders are made to order as we rarely get two orders the same, so stocking all the combinations and lengths would be impossible.
The pigtails all come with suction cups, we do supply Velcro with all orders, however the glue on the Velcro does not stick very well to the suction cup, we always say in our instructions to use a very very thin coating of super glue to glue the Velcro to the suction cup, the helmet side does not need any super glue and will hold fine. With or without the super glue, once you stick the Velcro to the helmet or suction cup, please allow a full 24 hours for the adhesive to fully adhere and stick fully. We can not be responsible for how the pigtails are installed. On the pigtail side, add weight to the suction cup to push down on to the Velcro to make a better surface connection.
We do not sell wholesale, we do this as a hobby and we do not make very much money at all. We will give a quantity discount, but keep in mind, the discount wouldn't be all that much as we already pass on the discount savings for the quality of hair and pigtails we provide to all of our customers.
If you would like to make a special order not listed on the site, please give us a call at 760-488-2900 and we will be happy to give you a quote, if your happy with the cost we will send you a Paypal invoice and get them right out to you.

PLEASE NOTE FOR BUYERS OUT OF THE USA: We can and will ship worldwide, however we will have to bill anyone out of the USA the additional cost of shipping if there is any. You can order your pigtails here in our online store, we will make them and get them ready to be shipped. We will get an exact cost of shipping and if the amount is more than in your purchase, we bill you for the remaining amount of the cost of shipping. Once we receive the payment we will ship that day and we will provide the actual cost on the shipping label as proof of cost. We have to do it this way because paypal does not offer weights and shipping and we find this to be the easiest way to do this. We hope you understand. Bunny
